I cover a few of those niches. You’ve given a great list for people to get started, but the tip i’d like to add, is write on the subject that you are most passionate about. When you do you’ll always show your passion through what you say and never run out of ideas of what to write on.

Hey Obaidul, I agree with you on “Many of them have made up their mind, but they are unable to find a topic which their blog will focus on.” – that is one of the common problems of bloggers nowadays especially for those with tech related blogs. Tech is already saturated.
